Recognizing the historical ties that unite our sovereign entities, both Raxula and the Kaiserreich Empire, we commit to govern our diplomatic relations by this agreement. To this end, we sign this treaty, thereby sealing the common values that unite us and the shared destiny we share as part of a unique culture rich in traditions.

Article I - Sovereignty and Recognition

Both parties recognize each other's sovereignty and, therefore, the inalienable right to self-determination and self-government, ruled solely by the principles of each entity.

Article II - Diplomatic Relations

Both nations undertake to maintain permanent embassies and respect each other's embassy policy, without prejudice to national sovereignty.

Article III - Trade and Commerce

Both parties agree to promote free and fair trade between their territories. All regional government and private owned corporations are allowed to advertise on the Regional Message Board of the other region.

Article IV - Military Cooperation

Both sides commit to non-aggression and to sharing intelligence reports for defensive purposes, without undermining national sovereignty.

Article V - Cultural Exchange

The two regions shall promote cultural exchanges through constant communication to foster respect and understanding between the two regions.

Article VI - Law Enforcement and Crime Prevention

Both parties agree to follow each other's legislation when they are within each other's jurisdiction.

Article VII - Immigration and Recruitment

Recruitment is prohibited between the two entities; however, dual citizenship will be possible, and both parties may inform the other's members about it in any manner they deem appropriate.

Article IX - Disaster Relief

Both parties are committed to providing mutual support in the event of disasters on the other side.

Article X - Media and Information Sharing

The two regions will encourage responsible journalism and open channels of communication to ensure accurate and fair representation in media outlets.

Article XI - Border Security

Both regions pledge to inform the other if a suspected raider or enemy of the state has infiltrated their region.

Article XII - Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the interpretation or implementation of this treaty shall be resolved through diplomatic negotiation. If necessary, an independent arbitration panel shall be appointed to mediate unresolved issues.

Article XIII - Duration and Amendments

This treaty shall remain in force indefinitely unless terminated by mutual consent. Amendments may be made through formal negotiations and shall take effect upon ratification by both governments.

Article XIV - Interregional Criminal Cooperation

No party will ally, harbor criminals, or have embassies with any enemy region of the other's region.

Article XV - Cooperation Against Radical Ideologies

No party will support radical ideologies internally or have embassies with self-professed or tagged regions with the following ideologies: Fascism, National Socialism, and Ideologies of Hate.

Article XVI - Ratification and Implementation

This treaty shall be ratified by the respective governing bodies of Raxula and the Empire of Kaiserriech. It shall come into effect immediately upon the ratification in both regions.

To this end, we sign this treaty, thereby sealing the common values that unite us and the shared destiny we share as part of a unique culture rich in traditions.

Article I - Sovereignty and Recognition

Both parties recognize each other's sovereignty and, therefore, the inalienable right to self-determination and self-government, ruled solely by the principles of each entity. This treaty also encourages the mutual respect of each other's laws as they are set by their respective governments.

Article II - Diplomatic Relations

Both nations undertake to maintain permanent embassies and respect each other's embassy policy, without prejudice to national sovereignty.

Article III - Interregional Criminal Cooperation

No party will ally, harbor criminals, or have embassies with any enemy region of the other's region.

Article IV - Military Cooperation

Both sides commit to non-aggression and to sharing intelligence reports with exception to anything that would undermine national sovereignty. This includes any potential threat to either region's national sovereignty.

Article V - Cultural Exchange

The two regions shall promote cultural exchanges through constant communication to foster respect and understanding between the two regions. Both regions will also encourage responsible and fair journalism to promote equal representation.

Article VI - Immigration and Recruitment

Recruitment is prohibited between the two entities, though dual citizenship remains possible should both regions approve the idea in their legislation.

Article VII - Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

Article VIII - Duration and Amendments

This treaty shall remain in force indefinitely unless terminated by mutual consent. Amendments may be made through formal negotiations and shall take effect upon ratification by both governments. These changes will be dated and logged at the bottom of the document for legislative clarity.

Article IX - Cooperation Against Radical Ideologies

No party will support radical ideologies internally or have embassies with self-professed regions of any ideology both regions determine as radical. The following ideologies are examples of radical ideology: Communism, Fascism, National Socialism, Anarchism.

Article X - Ratification and Implementation

This treaty shall be ratified by the respective governing bodies of the Sphere of Conservative Republics and the Empire of Kaiserriech. It shall come into effect immediately upon the ratification in both regions.

Let it be known that on this day 11th November 2023, that the Empire and the Eternal Order shall be in a state of Friendship and Alliance by these following statements:

Embassies and diplomacy between both parties shall be firmly established.

II.

A Military Alliance shall be established in all states of a war, and both may call up the other in support.

IIa.

In mutual trust and to ensure proper training, The Reichswehr of KAISERREICH and the Armed Forces of the Eternal Order, shall conduct mutual military operations at least once (1) per thirty days.

III.

This Document also establishes a Defensive Pact, that in any act of aggression, subterfuge, and espionage against any member party of this pact will be met by full retaliation by all parties.

IV.

Both parties may assist the other in any means of administration, projects, or general support if called upon.

VI.

The Eternal Order may also join the Greater Empire after signing if they so wish, in which this treaty may be amended to suit those terms in any future diplomatic mission.

VII.

The Terms of this Treaty may also carry over to any successor regions of both signatories.

In the spirit of fostering peace, cooperation, and enduring friendship, the sovereign entities of The Angularis and The Empire of Kaiserriech do hereby enter into this Treaty of Mutual Friendship. With a shared commitment to prosperity, cultural exchange, and mutual security, this treaty establishes the foundation for a strong and enduring relationship between both regions.

Article I - Sovereignty and Recognition

Both parties reaffirm their recognition of each other's sovereignty, territorial integrity, and right to self-governance. Neither party shall interfere in the internal affairs of the other.

Article II - Diplomatic Relations

Both nations agree to retain permanent diplomatic embassies in the other region, as well as following all rules outlined in both regions' respective Embassy Policies.

Article III - Trade and Commerce

The Angularis and the Empire of Kaiserriech agree to promote free and fair trade between their territories. All regional government and private owned corporations are allowed to advertise on the Regional Message Board of the other region.

Article IV - Military Cooperation

Both parties commit to non-aggression and pledge mutual defense assistance in the event of an external raid against either region. Any intelligence of possible raiding plots are to be shared between the two regions. In the spirit of mutual trust and to ensure proper training, the Reichswehr of KAISERREICH and the Armed Forces of the Angularis shall conduct mutual military operations at least once (1) per thirty days.

The two regions shall promote cultural exchanges through constant communication to foster respect and understanding between the two regions.

Article VI - Law Enforcement and Crime Prevention

All regional members swear to follow the Regional Message Board rules of the other region. If a nation violates said rules, jurisdiction falls to that region in which that nation committed said crime.

Article VII - Immigration and Recruitment

Recruitment on each other's Regional Message Boards is prohibited.

Article VIII - Religious and Ethical Considerations

Both parties acknowledge and respect each other's religious and moral values. No laws or policies shall be enacted that impose undue restrictions on the religious freedoms of the other region's citizens while within their borders.

Article IX - Disaster Relief

Both parties pledge to assist the rebuilding and development of the other party if a raid is to occur.

Article X - Media and Information Sharing

The two regions will encourage responsible journalism and open channels of communication to ensure accurate and fair representation in media outlets.
